Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer two shipping options across Australia:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days from dispatch
- Express Shipping — estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days from dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Waverley Jewellery.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
