Find a ring that fits the finger you want to measure. Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters.

Wrap a piece of string or paper around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler to get the circumference.

Match your measurement to the chart above to find your US ring size. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

Measure 2-3 times to ensure accuracy. Your finger size can vary throughout the day, so measure when your hands are at normal temperature.

- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest
- Avoid measuring when hands are cold or hot
- Wide bands typically need a larger size than thin bands
- Consider knuckle size - the ring needs to slide over it
